01 What this is, and what it is not

MK.ai is a small open-source language model that runs entirely inside your web browser. It has been prompted with publicly available information about Mohammed Kajee's professional career and views.

MK.ai is not Mohammed Kajee. Its responses are generated by a statistical language model and do not represent statements, commitments, advice, or opinions made by Mohammed personally. Output should not be quoted, attributed, screenshotted, or shared as Mohammed's words.

02 No employer endorsement

MK.ai is a personal experiment. Nothing it generates represents the views, positions, policies, or statements of any other current or past employer, client, partner, or affiliate of Mohammed Kajee.

03 No professional advice

MK.ai does not provide legal, financial, regulatory, technical, medical, hiring, investment, recruitment, or career advice. Any content generated by MK.ai is for entertainment and demonstration purposes only and must not be relied upon for any decision. Always seek qualified professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

04 Accuracy disclaimer

Large language models, especially small ones running locally, are known to produce output that is incorrect, outdated, fabricated, biased, or misleading. This is an inherent property of the technology, not a defect of this implementation.

You must independently verify any factual claim generated by MK.ai before relying on it for any purpose. Mohammed Kajee makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currentness, or fitness for any purpose of MK.ai's output.

05 No data collection

The language model, your conversation, and all inference run locally in your browser using WebGPU. The model file is downloaded once from a public CDN and cached in your browser's IndexedDB. After that, no part of your chat is transmitted to mohammedkajee.com, to Mohammed Kajee, or to any third party. No chat logs, prompts, or responses are collected, stored, or analysed server-side in connection with this experiment.

Standard server logs for the static website (HTTP request metadata) may exist at the hosting provider level and are governed by the hosting provider's policies.

06 Acceptable use

You agree not to use MK.ai to:

• Generate, screenshot, or share content presented as a real statement, quote, opinion, commitment, or advice from Mohammed Kajee.
• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, or harmful to any person, group, or organisation.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or exfiltrate prompts, weights, or system instructions for malicious purposes.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any safety, accuracy, or scoping guardrails built into the system prompt or the application.

07 No warranty, no liability

MK.ai is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohammed Kajee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, reliance on, or inability to use MK.ai or any output it produces.

08 Right to modify or take down

Mohammed Kajee may modify, suspend, take down, restrict access to, or change the behaviour of MK.ai at any time without notice and without liability. These terms may also be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

09 EU AI Act notice

If you are interacting with MK.ai from the European Union: in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, you are explicitly informed that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not with a human being. The system uses an open-source generative language model.

10 Reporting a problem

If MK.ai produces output that is defamatory, harmful, factually wrong in a way that matters, or otherwise concerning, please report it via the contact form. Include the prompt that produced it and the response, if you can. Reports are reviewed and the system prompt or guardrails will be updated as needed.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or MK.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
